All students in the CSU should experience the highest possible quality education.

This is the vision of the CSU Student Success Network, an independent community of practice for faculty, staff, and administrators, working together within the state’s largest four-year university system: the California State University.

The Network’s efforts support the system’s goals for students, including increasing four- and six-year graduation rates; closing critical opportunity gaps; and achieving equitable outcomes for students and, consequently, communities across the state.

We are currently accepting teams for the 2019-20 Middle Leadership Academy:

Get Involved

The Network is seeking involvement of faculty, staff, and administrators from across CSU campuses. In the 2018-19 academic year, the Network needs people to be involved in the following ways:

  • Connect Network representatives to colleagues at each campus.
  • Help develop the Middle Leadership Academy concept.
  • Participate in the Middle Leadership Academy.
  • Conduct research.
  • Hold a convening about a topical issue of interest for teams from across campuses.

For more information or to get involved, please contact EdInsights at or 916.278.3888.

Subscribe to the Network's mailing list to stay informed about upcoming events and opportunities to get involved.
